We are interested in accredited investors who wish to invest long term in multifamily properties in Miami Beach, Florida. We selected Miami Beach for several reasons:

We seek investors who are committed to a 5 year term, although we do not have any minimum time period.
Should an investor with to withdraw from our partnership they may do so at anytime.
We offer this because we are confident our partners will remain long term. In the rare event this is not a good fit, we are happy to return investors capital.
We operate lean, with the energy and enthusiasm of a start up. Everywhere we look we see opportunity to invest and make money in multifamily assets.

Due to the climate and proximity to Latin America Miami is a desired destination for vacations, investments and residency of millions of people around the world.
Miami Beach is one of the most visited destinations in the world, in addition Port of Miami is one of the worlds busiest cruise ports. As a result Miami has millions of residents who work in the service industry, own and operate businesses and raise families here.
Miami Beach is a narrow peninsula of land, densely populated and built upon. Developers must buy and tear down existing properties to develop new ones. This makes existing properties extremely valuable.
