President
Miami Capital Partners was started because of my passion for buying and redeveloping multifamily properties.
By working with accredited investors we are able to acquire premier properties, and allow our investors to enjoy the benefits of investing without having to manage day to day operations.

Investment Requirements
- Properties must be located in Miami Beach
- We buy entire buildings
- Construction must be concrete block
- Buildings must have a minimum of 6 units
Short Term-Long Term Rentals
While we focus on long term stable tenants, we also increase revenue by owning short term rental properties catering to millions of tourists who visit Miami Beach every year.
Tenant Mix
The majority of our tenants are full time residents of Miami Beach. However given the number of tourists visits it makes sense for us to also capitalize on this short term rental market.
